Thank you for choosing Green School. We are committed to providing high-quality services. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for a major failure, and to have services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality or match the description.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any rights you may have under the law.

Refunds

Green School is sold on a subscription basis, and all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, early withdrawal, or unused lessons within a paid billing cycle, including lessons missed due to student-side absences.

If our services do not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian law — for example, a major failure, or services that are not of acceptable quality or do not match their description — you may be entitled to a remedy. Where the school cancels a track or group, or lessons are not delivered on the teacher's side, we will reschedule the affected lessons or refund them.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation terms, including the notice period for group memberships and the immediate-cancellation terms for individual memberships, are set out in our Terms of Service. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle; payments already made are not refunded.

Track Changes

Track progression is included in your membership. You move between tracks (AI User, AI Power User, AI Builder) when the teacher confirms your readiness, at no additional cost and without penalty. The membership fee remains the same across tracks.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy. Any changes will not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
